Now that we have had a few days to settle in with all the Mac news about their MacBooks, news of updated iMacs are next in line.  Apple refreshed their iMac line last August and the rumor is that there will be a possible refresh prior to Christmas.

This article is about opening a brand new 24-inch iMac with 4GB RAM and 1TB hard disk. Right now this is the most powerful iMac available. Several pictures (including photos of Apple’s Elk Grove facility) are included.

You may recall my recent post about my plans to buy a new computer soon. Well, soon became now, and I took delivery of a 24" iMac on Thursday. I set it up late Thursday afternoon and spent way too much time yesterday learning how to use it.
